Refund Policy

All rent is due on the Anniversary date. If you have not completed a vacate form and/or there is still a lock on your unit as of the Anniversary date, full rent is due for that month. If your unit is occupied after that day of the month no refunds will be given. If the tenant moves out mid-month without giving that prior notice the tenant agrees to pay a full month?s rent. In the event your account is overcharged due to an entry error, 1st American Storage will refund your account when notified of the discrepancy.

Online Privacy Policy

We collect from you only the personal information you voluntarily provide in order to deliver the best possible service. If you choose to process an online payment or reservation we ask you to provide us with information necessary to process your order including, but not limited to, name, physical address, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, company name, title credit card number, expiration date, and storage unit number. We collect your email address so that we can send you information about your transaction and its status. The credit card information that is collected is used strictly for billing purposes.
